Responsibilities:
- Efficiently transport food and beverages from the kitchen and bar to the appropriate table.
- Communicate with chefs and kitchen staff to understand the status of each order.
- Prioritize hot or time-sensitive items to maintain their temperature and quality.
- Check each dish for accuracy, presentation, and adherence to quality standards before delivering it to the guest.
- Verify special requests, or dietary restrictions, and communicate them to the kitchen staff.
- Support servers when needed, such as refilling water or clearing empty plates.
- Keep the expo area and service stations clean and organized.
- Assist with clearing and resetting tables, ensuring a clean and organized dining area.
- Maintain open communication channels with the kitchen, servers, and other restaurant staff.
- Relay important information, such as delays or changes in orders promptly.
- Interact with guests in a friendly and professional manner.
- Address any guest concerns or inquiries related to the food being served.
- Handle multiple orders simultaneously and prioritize tasks based on urgency.
- Assist in managing peak dining hours and ensuring timely service.
- Monitor the quality of dishes to uphold the restaurant's standards.
- Report any issues or discrepancies to the kitchen or management for resolution.
- Follow proper food safety and sanitation protocols.
- Adhere to health and safety regulations to maintain a clean and safe work environment.
- Ensure an exceptional dining experience by following the Company's standard of service.

Must Haves:
- Previous experience in a restaurant or hospitality role preferred, especially in a fine dining environment.
- Knowledge of basic food safety and health regulations
- Customer-centric
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Ability to stand, walk, and carry trays for extended periods.
- Lift and carry items weighing up to 25 pounds.
- Ability to work in a high-demand and fast-paced work environment.
