**Job Requirements:**
* This position requires the ability to withstand variation in climate. At times this position requires both indoor and outdoor activities.
* Must have the ability to lift, push, pull, carry heavy object in excess of 50 pounds.
* Must have the ability to drive vehicles in inclement weather and possess a clean driving record.
* Must be able to transport yourself between building in all weather conditions.
* Ability to stand on your feet for protracted periods of time.
* Ability to go up and down stairs numerous times per day.
* Ability to load and unload vehicle to complete delivery/task assigned.
**Essential Functions:**
* Maintain company provided vehicle, check fluids and ensure vehicle is in proper repair for daily runs
* Treat guest, vendors, and fellow employees in accordance with dealership policies and procedures
* Provide dependable, efficient, and timely runs between stores, bank, DMV, and auto auctions daily/weekly or as needed
* Process, pickup, and sort daily mail for distribution
* Organize and prioritize daily schedule to meet the needs of the accounting staff and management team
* Assist office team with filing and secure documents storage areas
* Assist office team with preparation and set up of employee events
* Call dealership and check with managers to additional deliveries and pick-ups with area
* Maintain good appearance in accordance with company policies
* Be able to communicate with other clearly and effectively
* Accurately follow instructions
* Be on the job and ready for work at the scheduled time
* Comply with all policies and procedures outlined in the handbook
* Must have the ability and desire to improve
* Notify your immediate supervisor if you must leave early or be absent
Perform any other related and reasonable duties as specified by supervisor.
**Education:**
* Must posses a high school diploma or equivalent
**Qualifications and Licenses:**
* Must have a valid VA driver's license
* Must have a clean driving record
* Ability to pass background checks and drug testing
