Provide transportation services to support the university and its executives. Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Pickup and drop off executives, VIPs, and other guests as directed, throughout Florida and occasionally beyond.
- Pickup, move, drop off, and delivery of various items including but not limited to documents, furniture, office equipment and other supplies, throughout Florida and occasionally beyond.
- Assistance with vehicle maintenance including but not limited to automotive detailing, safety checks, and fueling.
- Ability to be on call on weekend and night hours as directed.
- Perform such similar, comparable, or related duties as may be required or assigned.

Education and/or Experience:
Certificates, Licenses, Registrations:
- Must have clean driving record for insurance purposes and must inform supervisor of any changes in driving record. CDL Class B or above is preferred.
Computer Skills:
- Excellent communication skills are a must (both written and verbal)
- Proficiency using software programs such as MS Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Outlook
Environmental Factors/Physical Demands:
- Good knowledge of central Florida roads and highways is helpful. Professional appearance and demeanor required. Uniforms required in some instances. Friendly attitude, team spirit, and enthusiasm in communicating with public required. Confidentiality required. Ability to work well with others.
