Job Description The Runner provides excellent service to our guests by delivering food and drinks in a quick and friendly manner, keeping dining areas clean and guest-ready, and keeping kitchen and expo areas clean.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to: - Deliver food and drinks to guests with a friendly attitude
- Prepare drinks at drink station for guests
- Prepare popcorn, desserts and milkshakes for guests
- Execute daily food/beverage preparation list
- Practice high food safety guidelines and standards
- Know the full restaurant and bar menu, as well as presentation guidelines per item
- Maintain cleanliness of all common areas, including but not limited to, lobby, restrooms, countertops, hallways, trash receptacles, game room, bowling lanes, self-service stations
- Complete all opening, closing and side-work duties
- Other miscellaneous duties as assigned by management
Skills + Abilities included but are not limited to: - Able to take direction and work together as a team
- Work calmly and execute job duties effectively under pressure
- Hospitality-minded attitude; friendly, outgoing and guest focused
Education + Experience + Requirements: - Must be at least 18 years of age
- HS diploma or GED certification
- Food Handler's and state alcohol certificate required
- Availability to work holidays, nights, and weekends with increased hours during peak times
Physical Requirements: - Prolonged periods of standing, walking, climbing stairs
- Must be able to lift 50 pounds at times
