General Overview: Provide general support to all staff and surrounding table needs by ensuring cleanliness, organization, and adequate stock levels of products and supplies pertinent to completing duties properly. Duties will include, but not limited to all responsibilities below and other duties assigned by management on that particular shift. Report to: Owner, Manager on Duty, Bar Manager, Operation AssistantJob Type: Hourly (Wage based on experience), Monday through Saturday, Morning and NightTasks, Duties, Responsibilities:
- Take great care of our guests, greet everyone at the door and engage every customer with a smile.
- Be prompt and efficient in cleaning and clearing everything.
- Deliver filled water carafes and empty glassware to tables to signify that the table has been greeted by non-server staff.
- Assist in overall cleanliness of ENTIRE venue during operating hours. If it is dirty, clean it.
- Maintain the warewash area, bar and basement areas and keep supply areas clean, organized and to par.
- Support serving and kitchen staff with running food, clearing tables, restocking (food, liquor, wine, toilet/bathroom necessities) throughout the night.
- Clean and stock glassware, utensils, kitchen and bar equipment.
- Manually wash and sanitize glassware using 3 compartment sink.
- Arrange fruit trays, food and glassware to assure that that ware wash, kitchen, bar and basement environment is perceived as clean, organized and attractive.
- Complete side work in a timely manner.
- Refrain from smoking during your shift.
- Maintain clean uniform and comply with dress code.
- Follow schedule online through Compeat.

- Ability to handle a fast-paced, high volume bar and/or restaurant is a must
