The Food Runner is responsible for serving food orders as specified by guests in a friendly and courteous manner. Minimum age requirement is 17 years of age for this position.Qualifications* Presents self in courteous and professional manner to guests at all times.* Checks orders for accuracy prior to serving to ensure food items are as guests ordered (sides, extras, etc.).* Delivers food orders with appropriate garnishments.* Delivers food orders timely and, where multiple guests involved, at the same time.* Communicates important information to guests (example: hot plate) and servers (example: guest seeking drink from bar).* Responds to guests requests for condiments or other items.* Continually clears away dishes and debris from stations.* Has knowledge of table numbers and physical layout of restaurant in order to ensure prompt and proper service to guests.* Brings guests inquiries regarding food allergies to Managers attention immediately.Ensure station is suitable for serving and meets company standards.
