Responsible for, in conjunction with the Head Coach, planning of practice sessions and competitive coaching situations; assessing and evaluating talent and recruitment of athletes; developing scouting reports and pre-competition evaluations of opponents; makes recommendations regarding fundraising, promotion and marketing, special projects, clinics, and camps. Responsible for adherence to all rules and regulations of Delta State University, the Gulf South Conference, and the NCAA. Qualifications Bachelors degree required; Masters preferred; experience at the collegiate level preferred.
