Job Overview: The NetSuite Administrator at Blue Compass RV will be responsible for the configuration, customization, and ongoing maintenance of the NetSuite ERP system. This role will ensure that NetSuite is optimized for efficiency, provides the necessary data to drive business decisions, and integrates seamlessly with other platforms. The ideal candidate will have strong technical expertise in NetSuite, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to collaborate across departments to improve business processes. Key Responsibilities: Administer and maintain the NetSuite ERP platform, including user roles, permissions, dashboards, and workflows. Lead the configuration, customization, and integration of NetSuite with other business systems, including CRM and HRIS platforms. Monitor system performance, perform regular system updates, and troubleshoot issues as they arise. Develop and maintain workflows, saved searches, reports, and dashboards to support various departments within Blue Compass RV. Collaborate with stakeholders across departments, including Finance, Operations, Sales, and HR, to gather business requirements and translate them into effective NetSuite solutions. Provide end-user training and support to ensure efficient system usage and adoption across the organization. Assist with data migration, system integrations, and third-party application implementation as needed. Manage data integrity, conduct system audits, and implement processes to ensure compliance with company policies and best practices. Stay current on NetSuite updates and new features, proactively recommending system improvements and optimizations. Assist in the development and implementation of scalable processes as the organization grows. Qualifications: Bachelors degree in Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent work experience). 3 years of experience as a NetSuite Administrator or in a similar role. NetSuite Administrator Certification preferred. Strong knowledge of NetSuite ERP, including SuiteScript, SuiteFlow, and SuiteTalk. Experience with data management, workflow configuration, and report generation. Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with diverse teams. Analytical mindset with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve system issues.
