Position Overview:This dual-role position involves supporting our RV Parts Department and providing administrative assistance to various departments. You'll play a key role in ensuring smooth daily operations and excellent customer experiences.
RV Parts Department Duties:
Assist with daily parts tasks, ensuring timely and accurate completion.Unload, receive, and process RV parts shipments.Order RV parts for customers and ensure proper inventory management.Process daily sales transactions in the Parts Department.Office Assistance Duties:
Answer incoming phone calls, direct them to the appropriate departments, and take messages as needed.Assist the Sales and Finance Departments with filing, customer assistance, and administrative tasks.Provide outstanding service to customers and team members.Qualifications:
Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.A proactive and motivated approach to learning and tasks.Excellent communication and customer service skills.Ability to multitask in a dynamic environment.Prior experience in a similar role is a plus but not required.Compensation:Pay is competitive and commensurate with experience and motivation.
