Title:RV Service Attendant Location:Middlebury, IN**Purpose:** this position exists to support the Factory Service Center by moving units in a safe and efficient manner. * Ability to safely transport and move large recreational towable units around company property, in and out of service bays, and onto storage lots under all weather conditions.
* Assist in transfer of units to off lot facilities.
* Maintains the cleanliness and order of RV inventory, lot and company property to ensure professional appearance.
* Maintains a work area for customers and co-workers in accordance with 5s.
* Provides support for service techs and service advisors as needed.
* Strong communication skills are needed to maintain good working relationships with co-workers, management, customers and others.
* A valid drivers license is required for this position.
* Must demonstrate ability to back and park units of various sizes.
* Requires ability to drive and travel between field locations.
* Regularly required to sit, stand, walk, and stoop, kneel, or crouch; use hands to fingers, handle or feel objects, tools, or controls; and reach with hands and arms.
* Must be able to frequently lift and move up to 50 pounds.
* This position is a full-time position, which may require some flexibility in hours & days worked (including Saturdays, as needed).
* Regular attendance is a job requirement.
