**RVP Retail Operations**

We are looking for an RVP of Retail Operations to join our team to provide support and delivery of financial services within the Southeast Iowa region. The RVP of Retail Operations will be responsible for providing leadership and coaching within the areas of sales support, loan processing, documentation, loan closing, and credit administration in addition to building strong relationships with members of the Regional Team.
As an RVP of Retail Operations, you will assist in the establishment and facilitation of a customer centric sales and service culture ensuring an exceptional customer experience throughout all phases of the lending and related services processes. You will coordinate the training for new teammates and monitor and implement changes to supporting systems to ensure consistent, standardized compliance by all regional team members. You will serve as an integral member of the Regional Leadership Team working to provide overall direction to the marketplace, participate in a team environment to accomplish goals, and provide overall leadership for successful improvement in customer service quality in the delivery of Retail products.
**Key Responsibilities**
Retail Operations
* Serve as the primary contact with the following teams with respect to Retail products and delivery systems: Centralized Business Solutions; Loan Accounting; Credit Operations; Accounts Payable; Information Services; Risk and Finance.
* Responsible for continual improvement in customer service quality in the delivery of Retail products by the Regional Operations Team.
* Provide a central contact point for service-related issues for sales teammates, establish and monitor production and service quality standards for Retail processes.
Sales and Service
* Provide indirect leadership support to other members of our Sales Teams.
* Coordinate local sales and regional promotions/advertising.
* Assist in the development of the annual region sales strategy and business plan and budget.
Credit Administration and Delivery
* Coordinate work activity and processes with Retail Credit Underwriting and Large Producer Underwriting team members and leaders.
* Monitor internal controls/accounting procedures/reports, etc.
Leadership
* Provide team leadership, shared vision, and positive communications to achieve the Associations vision and strategy consistent with the Associations core values and team principles.
* Build strong relationships and collaborative partnerships within the Associations to understand the business opportunities and challenges.
* Establish a positive, participative, and collaborative team environment that inspires creative, high-performing, continuous learning, and engaged team members.
* Responsible for attracting, selecting, and on-boarding a diverse and qualified team and determining the appropriate team resource requirements to meet the Associations strategic direction.
**Minimum Requirements**
* 7+years lending experience with a sound understanding of credit management and
* Credit Administration and/or Operations leadership experience preferred.
* Bachelors Degree in Business, Finance, or Economics preferred
