System Float RN is an expert member of the System-wide Float Pool possessing exemplary care skills and knowledge with professionalism, cooperation and accountability. Organizes and administers individualized age specific professional care to patients within an assigned unit of the hospital in support of medical care. Supports philosophy,RWJBarnabas Health is seeking experienced RNs to join our Telemetry System-Wide Float Pool. In this role, R'Ns have the opportunity to gain exposure to a broad scope of patient care within the Telemetry specialty while working assignments at each of the sites throughout our system. The RN's support the team and the patients at each site for an average of three months per assignment. There are opportunities available to float regionally (to the northern or the southern region sites) or to float throughout the entire RWJBH system.Enhanced Float Differentials offered based on region.Qualifications:Requirements:Minimum of 3 years of RN experience in Telemetry Specialty is required to be considered for this roleCurrent New Jersey RN licenseMust be a graduate from an accredited school of nursingBLS, ACLSTravel to the various hospitals within the RWJBarnabas Health systemExcellent communication, teamwork, and leadership skillsProven ability to work in a fast-paced environment and demonstrated ability to be an effective role model to othersFlexibility and adaptability to meet system staffing needs as requiredSuccessful completion of all Orientation programsPreferred:Telemetry certification strongly preferredBSN strongly preferredScheduling Requirements:Three 12-hour shifts per week
