Job Description:
- S HANA Consultant for Service module responsible for analyzing customers business requirements and tailoring the use of the system to meet those objectives.
- Identifies and understands end users technical SAP requirements.
- Builds and maintains strong end user relationships as single-point-of-contact for all SAP
- S4 Service (previously S4 Customer Service)related matters.
- Multiple End-end Implementation experience in S/4 HANA Service.
- Should have integration experience between SAP S4 Service and third-party customer service systems eg. Sales Force/Service Max etc. and between S4 Service and other SAP functional modules eg. SD, MM, FI/CO etc.
