Job Description Trinnex is seeking SaaS Data Specialist (Water) to join our growing product delivery team. This individual reviews water/wastewater utility data and consults with clients to prepare Trinnex products. The goal is to deliver and ensure timely, efficient, high-quality implementations of Trinnex SaaS solutions. The employee will work directly with the company's Customer Success team to prepare data, configure applications, automate routine processes, test software, document approach and completed work, and ensure quality on all deliveries. •Assist in implementing the Trinnex suite of SaaS products. This includes, but is not limited to, data acquisition/acceptance, processing atting, application configuration, QA/QC, and deployment. •Learn and understand customer's existing data, information systems, and workflows to uncover business requirements, determine implementation requirements, and develop a technical strategy to address customer requirements and maximize product value. •Create data processing reports to provide transparency to clients on data fitness, implementation plans, and deployment. •Collaborates extensively with Customer Success team members on process improvement and quality management. •Learns and stays current on Trinnex products. This position requires the ability to use and teach Trinnex products at an expert level. •Execute Quality Control and Quality Assurance measures to optimize customer configurations •Report bugs and enhancements requests, as applicable to customer implementations. •Provides Tier 2 client support. Assist with dissecting and leading technical discussions to resolve various issues and concerns. Deliver internal and client-facing Root Cause Analyses (RCAs), as appropriate. Documents and implements process and efficiency improvements and shares these with team members. Resolve or escalate service issues to provide timely resolution to client problems. •Performs other duties as required. Minimum Qualifications •Bachelors' degree. •2 years of related experience. •Equivalent additional directly related experience will be considered in lieu of a degree. Domestic and/or international travel may be required. The frequency of travel is contingent on specific duties, responsibilities, and the essential functions of the position, which may vary depending on workload and project demands. Skills and Abilities •Proven experience with Esri software suite including ArcGIS Desktop and Server products with some experience in scripting (ArcPy). •Excellent multitasking and data management skills. Well-organized, with high attention to detail and ability to prioritize multiple work items with regards to priority and schedule. •Proficient in Excel (including some scripting experience). •Experience with Relational Databases such as PostgreSQL, MS SQL Server, Oracle or similar and proficient in Structured Query Language (SQL). •Basic understanding of web technologies including Web Services, REST, JSON, XML, HTML5, JavaScript and Cloud Computing. •Strong interpersonal skills including collaboration, conflict management, and partnership building to develop effective working relationships with others. •Exceptional communication and writing skills are expected for team collaboration, work/process documentation, and client facing reports. •Demonstrated ability to create and conduct formal presentations and client interviews, especially with regards to customer and application data needs. •Able to think strategically and tactically. •Ability to be highly productive, both working independently and in a team environment. •Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, customer-driven environment.
