Reporting to the General Manager Safety Health and Sustainability APAC, this role's accountabilities include developing and conducting training packages and toolbox talks; providing feedback and coaching to site supervisors and managers; conducting safety inductions for seasonal workforce; performing audits and inspections; and supporting the GM to develop and review primary procedures and other documentation.About youIf you are a resilient and proactive self-starter with a passion for problem solving and engaging leaders to create a safer workplace for everyone, this role is for you!Ideally, you'll be based near one of our locations with consistent travel to our sites.
