Our client provides quality operational and safety consultation services to mixed-facilities, manufacturing plants, and health care facilities, and they are looking to add to their team.The Safety and Operations Technician will be developing technical procedures for electrical and mechanical equipment focusing on safety and performing safety/operational assessments for commercial and light manufacturing facilities. The candidate will also design and deliver electrical, mechanical, and safety training to various and diverse clientele across the US.A midsize, well-established safety and operational consulting company offers a highly competitive benefit program, without the bureaucracy and politics of a large organization. You will have the flexibility to work from home, between assignments. This is not a 9 to 5, punch the clock job. You will not be micromanaged but will be required to work independently with support from the company's team. Be an essential part of the team of a growing company.Their consulting team currently has three retired Navy Nuclear Electricians and Electronics Techs. These employees will mentor you until you are ready to take on jobs autonomously. You will be put through certification programs and will be credentialed in their field. You will receive on-the-job training until they are prepared. If you are looking to help organizations with Technical Procedures and consultation, then this job is for you!Salary plus 10-20% bonus. This is based on the number of jobs you complete. The more work you put in, the more bonus potential earning. Great benefits with 401k match. All travel expenses paid for.
