Volt is immediately hiring for Safety Coordinator in LINCOLN, Nebraska As a Safety Coordinator, you will- Support from the EHS Engineer, draw up schedule for annual compliance exercise such as: Hearing test, LOTO Verification.
- Assist with set-up/hosting during monthly meetings
- Safety inspection sheets from supervisors
- Receipt/proof of payments for services and permits
- Certificate of liability files from contractors
- Manifest documents the waste pick up
Safety supplies storage room Safety Communications:- Update content for the Short Interval Meeting (SIM) boards
- Standardize the Safety Information and Notifications being posted in the factory.
- Update the West Entry and cafeteria with information as needed and do so in a clean and organized way.
- Manage Training Database:
- Input role codes for new and transferred workers
- Track compliance related courses and schedule in advance of expiration dates
- Create upcoming training lists for supervisors
- Build Rosters for all Training's at the Lincoln Location. (Monthly and all other training courses)
- Track Both completed and needed training for front line staff and supervisors
- Tracking Forklift Compliance after training is completed.
