Role and Responsibilities•Your internship will culminate in a presentation of work to leaders•This is a 40-hour-per-week assignment, Monday through Friday and will last 12 weeks in the summer•Safety and environmental culture initiatives•Development or enhancement of proactive programs•Industrial hygiene sampling•Addressing safety concerns•Hazard assessmentsQualifications and Education Requirements•Must be enrolled full time at an accredited university/college, obtaining a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Environmental Health & Safety or related program•Minimum cumulative GPA of 2.8/4.0 (no rounding)•Expected graduation date December 2025 and beyond•18 completed semester hours in the program prior to start of internship•Ability to work with minimal to modest supervision•Demonstrated leadership that requires organizing or working with groups•Excellent written communications skills; PowerPoint, Word, Excel skills well-developed•Legal authorization to work in the U.S. is required
