Job Description:
Trinity is seeking an experienced Safety Health Environmental (SHE) Coordinator to work onsite at a client's Research & Development (R&D) facility, a globally recognized leader in the Biotech industry. Essential Job Functions: Participate as an active member of the SHE Team contributing to ensuring the overall delivery of the SHE compliance matters. Perform SHE and Sustainability regulatory reviews to establish compliance registry for existing and new operations. Modify and develop standard operating procedures associated with federal, state, local and company requirements and guidelines. Review existing training material and develop robust modules with in-person, online and ad-hoc capabilities. Facilitate management of change and risk assessment execution for ongoing and new projects. Develop long-term SHE programs to accommodate business growth and change. Participate in cross-functional teams to assess and address SHE compliance matters. Develop and maintain key relationships with all site customers. Support the site's environmental sustainability through research, data gathering and project implementation. Essential requirements: Bachelor's degree in Occupational Safety, Health, and Environment (or equivalent) qualified health and safety professional, or degree in a science, engineering, sustainability or manufacturing discipline. 2+ years of relevant experience. Preferred work experience in a pharmaceutical or biotechnology environment and in developing safe working processes. Excellent communication skills and be comfortable supporting stakeholders at all levels. Ability to work independently and cascade appropriate knowledge to key stakeholders. Strong time management and organizational skills and able to meet deadlines. Desirable requirements: A dynamic approach and comfortable working in an agile environment.
