The incumbent is responsible for oversight of all company and subcontracted work activitiesto ensure work is completed safely and that the work environment meets all safety standards for all employees. Unsafe situations are identified and immediately corrected to meet acceptable standards. Responsibilities Assists the Safety/ Environmental Manager and/or applicable manager; Operations or Program Manager, in day-to-day on-site environmental/safety regulatory compliance administration. Performs safety audits in accordance to outlined processes, files timely reports, and maintains organized file system in both soft and hard copies. Investigates employee accidents, completes all reports timely, forwards to the appropriate entities, and ensures any needed corrective actions are identified and completed. Supports injured employees receive appropriate occupational health assistance, completes all company forms, and stays informed of employees work status.
