An Active Personal Identification Verification (PIV) badge is preferred.Seasoned Specialist: You have 7 years of experience managing commercial building construction safety programs, including oversight of construction crews and inspection of construction means and methods in government renovation projects. Knowledge of disaster recovery checks and the OBO Integrated Design Review process is a plus.World Traveler: You are willing to live overseas for extended deployments (1 - 4 years) and have a valid passport, at least 6 months from expiration. You are up-to-date on all vaccinations, including the COVID-19 vaccination.Detail Oriented: You have a high level of attention to detail and can produce high-quality materials.Word Wiz: You possess excellent verbal and written communication skills and are proficient in Microsoft Office products.Knowledgeable: You have a 2-year Associate of Arts or Associate Technical Degree and hold a Safety Professional or Certified Industrial Hygienist certification.Go-Getter: You have training in Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) 40 and a strong working knowledge of the US Army Corps of Engineers Safety and Health Requirements Manual EM385-1-1.Experienced: While not required, knowledge and experience in commercial construction and government construction is beneficial.What you'll do:Inspect, document, and report hazards of construction sites, including tools and tool usage; work methods; site conditions; risk identification and mitigation; safety training; emergency response; personal protection equipment (PPE); and consistency with project requirements.Interface with and provide subject matter expertise to project team members, including end-users and contractors.Maintain accountability for the overall successful execution of assigned tasks.Communicate with the Fusion Technology Project Management Office (PMO) in meetings and reporting.Use and protect classified material.Attend special training on general and project-specific security requirements.What matters to you matters to us:Fusion Technology values its employees and ensures proper care for them and their families.
