A client of Insight Global is a leading property management company dedicated to providing exceptional service and maintaining high standards of safety and compliance across our properties. We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Compliance and Safety Manager to join our team and ensure our properties meet all regulatory requirements and safety standards.
Job Summary: The Compliance and Safety Manager will be responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of compliance and safety within our property portfolio. This role involves developing, implementing, and monitoring safety programs, conducting regular inspections, and ensuring compliance with local, state, and federal regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement comprehensive safety and compliance programs.
Conduct regular property inspections to identify potential safety hazards and ensure compliance with regulations.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of local, state, and federal safety and compliance regulations.
Train and educate staff on safety protocols and compliance requirements.
Investigate and report on incidents, accidents, and safety violations.
Collaborate with property managers to address and resolve safety and compliance issues.
Prepare and submit required compliance reports to regulatory agencies.
Develop and maintain emergency response plans and procedures.
Ensure proper documentation and record-keeping of all safety and compliance activities.
Stay informed about industry best practices and emerging trends in safety and compliance.
Estimated Salary Range 70-90k
Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education. Benefit packages for this role will start on the 31st day of employment and include medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as HSA, FSA, and DCFSA account options, and 401k retirement account access with employer matching. Employees in this role are also entitled to paid sick leave and/or other paid time off as provided by applicable law.
