Core 4 Responsibilities
- Retain and grow key accounts through strategic partnership and value-adding strategy building
- Evaluate, manage and deliver successful results on client and company projects
- Set and complete quarter company goals
- Own a key STC Safety process and champion your ideas
Qualifications
- 3-5 years experience in Safety or related industry
- Previous account management and consulting experience
- Impact Player mentality
- Growth minded, accountable, communicative, organized, proactive and flexible
- Ability to travel and work remotely up to 50% of the time
- Technologically savvy (MS Suite, CRM usage and other software systems)
- Safety Certifications a plus (CHST, ASP/CSP/GSP)
- Insurance and loss control experience a plus
