Safety Specialist II
: Job Details :

Perform regular safety training sessions and hold toolbox talks with crews at show ups or on job sites. Onboarding of new hires as requested. Complete safety observations as required and share findings with Business Unit Manager and Safety manager to identify trends. Help complete project safety preplans and hazard analysis with managers, supervisors, and foremen. Assist with the Company Drug Testing Program assuring Henkels & McCoy complies with DOT and RSPA requirements. Verify completion of HSE recommendations of the safety team (committee), insurance carrier, or other HSE consultants Assist with Area HSE Program including promoting the programs in the field to the employees. Interact with field operations in support of department's initiatives and various programs. Aid in ensuring that team goals, roles, protocols, and business relationships are consistent with high performance requirements and congruent with the company's strategy.
