Position Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and proactive Safety Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will empower our clients by streamlining safe work practices and enhancing their efficiency. This role involves conducting essential safety services, providing prompt assistance during incidents or emergencies, and contributing directly to safe working environments for our clients. Key Responsibilities
* Client Services:
* Build and maintain strong relationships with a diverse set of clients across various industries.
* Identify and implement strategies to minimize workplace injuries, accidents, and health problems.
* Deliver engaging and informative employee training on safety standards.
* Conduct thorough safety inspections and audits to assess compliance with safety regulations.
* Perform industrial hygiene testing, audiometric testing, drug screen collections, and other periodic safety services.
* Inspect and ensure the proper functioning of clients' safety equipment.
* Client Data Collection:
* Collect and enter data into our cutting-edge proprietary software for comprehensive program analysis.
* Document and analyze client audit and incident trends, training compliance records, etc.
* Maintain strict confidentiality of sensitive information.
* Perform other related duties as assigned.
Qualifications
* Strong aptitude for delivering clear and effective training sessions.
* Exceptional interpersonal skills and the ability to connect with clients.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including active listening.
* Proficient computer skills with the ability to quickly learn new software.
* Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
