Summary: Sal's Pizza is seeking a dedicated Franchise Ambassador to ensure top-notch quality in every slice of pizza served at various locations. If you're passionate about delivering award-winning pizza made with fresh ingredients and thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment, this role is for you! Previous experience with pizza is not required but is a plus.Responsibilities:
- Conduct site visits to accounts within the designated territory, which includes but is not limited to grocery stores, colleges, arenas, zoos, amusement parks, corporate retail stores, Fenway Park, Gillette Stadium, Logan Airport, and other locations where Sal's Pizza is sold or served.
- Develop and implement key performance indicators (KPIs) to monitor process improvement initiatives and ensure consistency across all locations.
- Collaborate with location management to review assessment data and recommend strategic improvements for enhancing product quality.
- Establish procedures for identifying and reporting quality issues, promptly notifying management of any deviations from quality expectations.
- Regularly sample and test products to verify adherence to quality standards and identify areas for improvement.
- Cross-train in various quality assurance positions to ensure a comprehensive understanding of the quality control process.
- Represent Sal's Pizza in a professional and engaging manner, serving as the point of contact for both staff and customers at all locations.
Requirements
