Job Summary:The Account Executive is responsible for finding new business opportunities and growing the business by increasing sales. This is done by prospecting, pipeline management, and closing. This position is also responsible for growing existing business. The Account Executive will deal with companies of all sizes, but most frequently with small to medium-sized client accounts with 50 to 250 employees.Essential Job Functions: Develop and implement an effective sales plan to meet or exceed established sales goals, which align with the strategic plan. Perform prospecting activities, including networking, researching, initiating contacts, and qualifying prospects. Perform pipeline management activities, including profiling accounts, writing proposals, making sales presentations, and following up with calls/emails. Use the consultative sales strategy to effectively overcome client objections, negotiate deals, and close the sale. Work closely with Staffing Recruiters to ensure high customer satisfaction and good matches with candidate pools. Maintain an accurate database by continually updating company and contact information in the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system. Responsible for professional development activities to remain current in changing trends in sales/relationship management, staffing industry, services offered by the company, and competition. Meet/exceed performance expectations, including weekly prospecting/pipeline activities, quota year-to-date (YTD), billable hours/employees on assignment, and Gross Profit (GP) dollars.Required Qualifications: 2-year college degree, or equivalent business experience 2-3 years of business-to-business sales experience Strong sales presentation and persuasion skills Familiar with consultative, solutions-based selling Excellent verbal and written communication skills Skilled in relationship building and management Ability to use CRM system and Microsoft OfficeDesired Skills: 4-year college degree, or equivalent business experience Staffing industry experience, preferably in business development/sales Team player with a positive attitude and self-confidence Organized, with strong attention to detail, and adaptable to change Energetic, self-manager who can compete to achieve sales goals Results-oriented, spontaneous, loves the hunt, and works well within a quota driven, commission-based environment Problem solver, can analyze, interpret, and prepare statistical sales data Strong work ethic and high sense of urgency Thrives in a fast-paced environment Flexibility to travel locallyBenefits Paid WeeklyHealth benefitsPTOVacation Time
