- Day to day includes engaging in sales activities, including prospecting, qualifying, and closing sales.
- Building business relationships in new markets and attending trade shows and association meetings to generate new business opportunities.
- Pursue assigned leads and develop potential sales opportunities.
- Input sales contacts into Hubspot and track activities using the database.
- Excellent cold-calling, objection-handling, and closing skills.
- Meet budget goals set for the year.
- Hand off sold work to Customer Experience team for support and maintenance.
- Performs other related duties and participates in special projects as assigned.
- Some travel required.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Advertising, Graphic Communications, or a related field.
- Preferably 5+ years of successful sales experience, ideally in printing, direct mail, or solution sales (not required).
- Proven ability to build relationships that open doors and generate sales opportunities.
- Competitive drive to consistently make calls and conduct in-person visits.
- Skilled in developing strategic plans to exceed revenue targets and maximize long-term account potential.
- Demonstrated commitment to achieving high sales performance.
- Willingness to travel to grow new business opportunities outside the Las Vegas, NV market.
- Strong analytical and quantitative problem-solving abilities.
