Alloy Fasteners, Inc. location is looking for an experienced U.S. Sales Account Representative (distribution/fastener experience a plus!). There are no geographical limitations. This is a base salary plus structured sales commission position.There is some travel. You will be traveling to customer locations in the United States to provide customer service and perform physical inventory counts. Your home base will be in Cranston, RI. The product we sell is stainless steel screws.We offer great benefits and will provide exceptional training to the right person who demonstrates a strong sales aptitude, a solid work ethic, and excellent account service skills.Responsibilities: Aggressively Acquire New Accounts: As a Sales Account Representative, you'll actively seek out new customers and build relationships with them.Customer Relationship Management: You'll maintain existing customer accounts by fostering trust through open communication and providing excellent service.Problem-Solving and Support: Respond efficiently to customer inquiries, offering solutions in a friendly and professional manner.Travel: Be prepared for travel to customer sites within the United States.Inventory Management: Handle physical and digital inventory management.Collaboration: Work closely with the VP of Sales and be part of a strong sales team.Onsite Customer Programs: Manage customer programs on-site (such as Vendor Managed Inventory - VMI). Skills Needed: Sales Experience: At least 2 years of proven sales experience.Effective Communication: Strong telephone communication skills for discussing and resolving customer situations.Customer Rapport: Build and maintain rapport with customers, ensuring exceptional service.Time Management: Multi-tasking, prioritization, and effective time management.Microsoft Office Suite: Familiarity with Microsoft Office tools.Attention to Detail: Strong attention to detail in all aspects of your work.Goal-Driven and Positive Attitude: Work well under pressure with a positive and professional demeanor.
