Located in Melville, NY, the Imaging Technology and Communications Group has an opportunity to support the Sales Contract Administration Department. This position requires strong attention to detail and provides administrative support across divisions and/or departments including:

  • Sales Contract Administration Facilitation
  • Extranet User set up / Maintenance
  • Master Data Maintenance impacting Order to Cash operation
  • EDI Project coordination
  • Loan Asset Transaction Processing
  • Contract Database record updates
  • Electronic Mailings related to Dealer Communications
  • Liaison with Logistics Department on Vendor Compliance related matters
  • Commission Payment Processing
  • System Access Requests
  • Maintain Contract Administration database and proprietary systems in accordance with executed agreements
  • Maintain Master data maintenance set up impacting order to cash functionality (revenue recognition)
  • Establish and maintain an efficient filing system to easily access information
  • Coordinate and deliver business partner communications as required by contract, policy, sales or marketing
  • Perform loan asset related transactions
  • Update Standard Operating Procedures documents
  • Analyze data to identify key areas for improvement and/or cleanup
  • Calculate and submit commission payments based on sales achievements
  • QUALIFICATIONS:

    • Typically requires general education and/or vocational training plus 1 to 2 years of related experience. College degree preferred.
    • Must be detail-oriented and very organized
    • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
    • Excellent time management and strong analytical skills
    • Strong teamwork and interpersonal skills
    • Excellent oral and written communications skills, with the ability to communicate with all management levels
    • Advanced MS Excel skills (Pivot Tables, Macros, and building formulas) preferred. Proficient in Power-Point and Word, familiarity with MS Access helpful
