Administrative Assistant, Marlborough, MA, Full Time

Sigma Systems is seeking a highly organized and motivated Administrative Assistant to join our team. This position plays a critical role in ensuring the smooth management and delivery of training programs, coordinating with trainers, and handling general administrative duties. The ideal candidate will be proactive, detail-oriented, and capable of working in a dynamic environment with minimal supervision

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with teachers and instructors to schedule online classes and manage course offerings.
  • Oversee learner registrations and ensure the accuracy of enrollment data.
  • Manage and update eLearning course files, support resources, and other materials on SharePoint.
  • Make cold calls to prospective clients and organizations to arrange and promote webinars, aiming to expand the reach and impact of training programs
  • Visit schools to physically deliver sales packets and promotional materials to engage and inform prospective participants.
  • Prepare ongoing training data reports and analyze performance metrics for the Commercial Sales leadership team.
  • Work closely with corporate and management teams to ensure seamless execution of training programs and administrative tasks.
  • Support other general administrative duties as required.

Preferred Skills/Experience:

  • A minimum of two years of experience in an educational or administrative role.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to interact professionally with individuals across all organizational levels.
  • Self-driven with the ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Excellent organizational skills with a keen eye for detail and a commitment to meeting deadlines.
  • Experience in a fast-paced work environment, with the capacity to prioritize and manage competing demands.
  • Experience in making cold calls and promoting events, such as webinars, to drive engagement and expand program reach.
  • Some international exposure is preferred, though not required.

Education Requirements: Bachelor's Degree in Education, Business, or a related field.
