What You'll Do (Performance-Based Responsibilities):

  • Become a Customer Champion: Resolve complex customer inquiries professionally, efficiently, and accurately, exceeding satisfaction expectations. Your performance is directly tied to positive customer reviews!
  • Streamline Order Processing: Process orders from start to finish, ensuring timely completion and accuracy. Every order processed on time contributes to reaching sales targets!
  • Inventory Master: Maintain accurate inventory levels for complex equipment and supplies, optimizing resource allocation and contributing to increased sales.
  • Problem-Solving Pro: Identify and resolve order issues proactively, working collaboratively with other departments to achieve a smooth customer experience. Every issue resolved contributes to a positive sales experience.
  • The Communication Bridge: Bridge the language gap with Spanish-speaking customers, building rapport and fostering trust, leading to potential sales growth.
  • Team Player: Collaborate effectively with Credit, Legal, and Logistics departments to ensure timely order releases and shipments, driving sales momentum.
  • Data Wizard: Leverage your Excel proficiency (pivot tables, formulas, V-Lookups) to analyze data, identify trends, and unlock sales opportunities.

Requirements:

  • Bilingual in Spanish and English (fluent spoken and written communication)
  • Detail-oriented with excellent time management skills
