Title: Sales Administrator / Coordinator
Location: Lisle, IL
Duration: 8 Months
Onsite- Lisle 3 days a week, 2 days remote Interviews will be in person onsite at Lisle (no teams)
Description: ******We are really trying to get someone with an analytical mind that can use Excel proficiently and also has good computer skills in general. (MUST HAVE) Will mostly be focusing on running reports and analysis for team members across International's Parts Org. Once there is a handle on that, we maybe move to more advanced projects or building analytical tools for the team Work with cross functional teams like Sales, IT Support, Product Team, business users to provide them necessary data extract o Work with the business and IT team to identify, analyze, and document business requirements o Prepare training materials/SOP for end users o Uses sound problem-solving skills to quickly process complex information and present it clearly and simply o Demonstrate effective communication skills and the ability to collaborate as a team player with Agile stakeholders Required Skills o Basic computer skills is a MUST. Will need to know how to quickly navigate through Microsoft Windows folders and applications Advanced Experience with Excel is a MUST. Will need to prove Excel skills and knowledge during interview. This includes but not limited to: VLOOKUP, SUMIFS, Pivot Tables, IF statementsExperience with tools/queries like SalesForce, SQL and Power BI will be helpful o Experience with Microsoft office 365 tools: Outlook, PowerPoint, Word o Works effectively under pressure with frequently changing priorities while maintaining a sense of calm and knowing when to raise your hand for help. Must have experience working with SalesForce CRM, Excel and building customer centric power points.
Minimum Requirements: Education, Experience, Certs Bachelor's degree OR At least 2 years of sales analysis experience Work with cross functional teams like Sales, IT Support, Product Team, business users to provide them necessary data extract o Work with the business and IT team to identify, analyze, and document business requirements o Prepare training materials/SOP for end users o Uses sound problem-solving skills to quickly process complex information and present it clearly and simply o Demonstrate effective communication skills and the ability to collaborate as a team player with Agile stakeholders o Support Oracle E-Business Suite users with daily need
