Location: Charlotte, NC (Onsite, 5 days per week)

This role is essential in supporting our sales team, streamlining operations, and maintaining our CRM database to ensure we deliver exceptional service to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the sales team with administrative tasks to enhance efficiency and productivity.
  • Maintain and update client and candidate information using Bullhorn CRM.
  • Assist with scheduling, coordinating meetings, and preparing sales reports.
  • Handle customer inquiries, ensuring a seamless flow of communication.
  • Collaborate with internal departments to ensure smooth client onboarding.
  • Manage documentation, contracts, and follow-ups for sales-related activities.
  • Provide insights and data analysis for sales performance.

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of administrative experience, preferably in a sales environment.
  • Experience with Bullhorn CRM is required.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work onsite, 5 days per week in our Charlotte office.
