We are seeking a Sales Administrator to support our team with quotes and project proposals, light bookkeeping, and other IT related tasks. This is an on-site opportunity in Pittsburgh, PA.
We'll Provide:

What You'll Do:
- Prepare product quotes for clients
- Assist in putting together project proposals
- Review monthly vendor bills to verify clients are being invoiced accurately
- Order hardware and software from approved quotes
- Light bookkeeping – Accounts Receivable, deposits, light collections
- Software license and warrantee renewals
- Set up and manage billing portal for clients
- Product returns and resolution of procurement issues
- Light HR administration (insurance signups, etc.)
Skills You'll Need:
- Highly structured with serious attention to detail – thinks like an auditor
- Willing and able to follow processes consistently and efficiently
- Able to work independently, but interfaces well with the team when needed
- MS Office proficiency
- Quickbooks experience
- Familiarity with small business technology
Nice To Have:
Experience with Connectwise, ConnectBooster, Microsoft licensing
