We are looking for a Sales Administration Officer, the purpose of this position is to have direct contact with different stakeholders of the different markets and ensure that the processes are run with excellence and adequate support.
This position will execute the end-to-end process for spare part orders and queries from customers. Delivering a high level of service to secure the customer service experience.
This position is based in Panama City, Panama.
This position is intended to attend stakeholders and customers from the Southern Cone, so availability to work from 6:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. (Panama time) is required.
Tetra Pak is not sponsoring work visas or relocation for this position.
What you will do
As a Sales Administrator Officer you will:
* Execute the end-to-end process for parts orders, return orders, and quotations, including tasks in SAP and other internal tools & systems;
* Execute Pro-active follow-up of remaining orders;
* Participate in defining, developing, and deploying visual management including the right metrics for parts administration;
* Responsible to coordinate with cluster market area when there is an issue with the agreed delivery schedule;
* Participate in continuous improvement activities related to parts administration;
We believe you have
* Bachelor's degree in administration, Logistics, or Supply Chain and other related fields.
* Intermediate/Advanced English (nice to have);
* Previous customer support experience;
* Experience in continuous improvement projects;
* Microsoft office knowledge;
* Customer service oriented;
* Knowledge in SAP;
* Positive attitude and accessible;
* Availability to work from 6:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. (Panama time).
* Strong problem solving and continuous improvement, customer orientation skills, highly motivated, team player, analytic and fast learner.
