Sales Agronomist

Gpac has partnered with a well established local Ag company to assist in finding a Sales Agronomist to add to their team. Irrigated row crop experience will be needed in order for the Sales Agronomist to hit the ground running.

Sales Agronomist Responsibilities:

• Service current growers as well as prospecting new clientele
• Sell chemical, fertilizer and seed products throughout a given territory
• Work independently and stay up to date with agronomic technology
• Give agronomic recommendations
• Perform soil/tissue samples

Sales Agronomist Requirements:

• General computer skills with Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Outlook
• Self-motivated, ambitious and goal-driven
• 3 years sales experience in an agronomy-related role is preferred
• Agronomy/Agriculture degree is preferred

Sales Agronomist Compensation:

• Base salary of 50,000-75,000 DOE plus Bonus
• 100% pd employee health insurance
• Paid cell phone, laptop, and company vehicle
