As a Sales Operations Business Analyst (East), you will be responsible for :Project manage various sales initiatives, including sales analytics and CRM related projectsSupport the CLS East field sales teams through the design, testing, and adoption of sales analytics including KPIs on Sales rep performance, funnel volume and quality, and sales results.Prepare operational and executive-level reports and presentations for sales management including Performance Dialogue, Business Area updates, and team performance (e.g. organizational KPIs, defining trends, providing analysis and reporting)Serve as a Shareville (CRM) subject matter expert to drive Commercial Excellence within LD and provide direction for future Shareville enhancementsIdentify opportunities and best practices to drive extended usage of existing customer management initiatives and improve sales efficiencyEngage key internal partners to address process bottlenecks and implement continuous improvementInterface with NAM Healthineers operations colleagues to position the CLS team's requirements and inputs into various projectsRequired skills to have for the success of this role:Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience requiredStrong communication and project management skills to align and drive complex projectsStrong analytical skills including excellent MS Excel skillsSignificant CRM / Sales / Marketing knowledge and experience requiredPossesses excellent interpersonal skillsExcellent written, presentation and communication skillsExperience with SAP and Oracle Sales Cloud is preferredMust be willing to travel up to 25% or more as requiredThe pay range for this position is 77k-105k annually; however, base pay offered may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
