Sales Analyst Burano Home Collective is an importer and distributor of home fashion essentials. We design, source, and manufacture everything that we sell, which allows us to deliver the best products at the best prices to our customers. We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Sales Analyst to join our team. This position plays a critical role in maintaining an accurate product catalog across all channels, managing & interpreting large data sets, and supporting timely product launches to ensure seamless listings across our e-commerce platforms. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, advanced Excel expertise, and experience in managing product data across multiple platforms.
Responsibilities - Analyze and interpret large data files related to sales, inventory, and product performance to provide actionable insights.
- Utilize advanced Excel skills, including formulas, pivot tables, and other functions, to analyze data and create comprehensive reports.
- Manage the submission process for new products to be listed on retailer websites, ensuring accuracy and compliance with retailer templates and guidelines.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure that new products are properly loaded to our e-commerce platform and listed correctly.
- Track the status of new product submissions and coordinate with external partners to resolve any issues.
- Monitor ongoing sales performance, identifying trends, and providing recommendations for improvement.
- Support the sales and marketing teams with ad-hoc data analysis and reporting needs.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date product and sales data across all channels.
Skills & Qualifications - Bachelor's degree in Business, Data Analysis, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in a sales analyst, e-commerce, or related role.
- Proficiency in Excel with advanced knowledge of formulas, data manipulation, and analysis
- Experience managing product data for retail or e-commerce platforms.
- Familiarity with retailer templates and product submission processes is a plus.
- Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Experience working with PIM tools, Salsify is a plus, and managing large product catalogs.
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and accuracy.
- Strong communication skills and problem-solving abilities.
