Remote Sales and Customer Support
Starting Pay: $20.00 - $23.00 Location: Remote (Must work EST hours; can be located anywhere in the U.S.) Duration: 3-month assignment (starts 2 weeks before coverage for leave and ends 2 weeks after for smooth transition)
Job Description
This role is more focused on data entry and internal support rather than direct customer interaction. The position supports the Customer Service team by ensuring smooth operations and maintaining high-quality service standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service through timely, professional, and accurate communication.
- Respond to incoming emails and calls from customer service teams, account managers, and internal partners.
- Ensure accurate order processing and maintain delivery schedules in line with customer expectations.
- Proactively address and resolve issues through collaboration, problem-solving, and escalation when necessary.
Requirements:
- 1+ years of SAP/CRP knowledge.
- Proficient in Microsoft Outlook and Excel (medium to high understanding).
- PowerPoint skills preferred.
- Experience with Business Intelligence (BI) systems and order book management is a plus.
Education:
- Typically requires a Bachelor s Degree with 0-1 years of relevant experience.
Additional Information:
- Primarily a behind-the-scenes role supporting the Customer Service team.
- Work closely with 7 counterparts in North America (NAM) to support the NAM sales and operations teams for Converse.
- The assignment covers the busy holiday season for effective leave coverage.
