- Outside sales experience with commission structure and a proven track record of setting and hitting goals
- Interior Design education, direct industry experience, or proven passion for home dcor (Former/Current ASID or Realtor experience a plus)
- Dependable Vehicle and Safe Driving Record, You'll be working out of your Car to go to Client's Home and our Santa Rosa Beach Showroom for follow-ups (We pay travel stipend per Client)
- Ability to kneel and stoop for on-site measuring with high degree of accuracy required!
- Detail Oriented in handling multiple projects at one time
- Positive attitude and willingness to be part of a Team
- Experience with computer software and ability to learn CAD Programs
