Plans and executes development actions of new species indicated by the research station in your area. Make visits on a regular basis. Monitors the external tests of your area reporting to your manager. Understand the needs of customers and anticipate their needs. Keep customers' records up to date to dye the sales goal determined by the company. Provide relevant feedback related to sales figures. Information about the situation of customers. Information about the products used by customers. Information about the market and competitors. Provide customers with product information. Establish variety tests on producers to determine the adaptability of genetics in relation to competing varieties. Introduction of new products. Maintain a high level of knowledge about market trends and customer needs. Maintain a high level of communication and teamwork with customers. Visit to customers and plantation/tillage areas through the company's fleet vehicle driving. Place orders by variety, product, unit price, shipping method, packaging, customer contact etc.Development Aspects: Plan and execute trials of products in development to secure products in the portfolio for years ahead. Demand creation: create demonstrative field plots and to organize promotional events developed and conducted for the benefit of both direct and indirect customers. To organize market visits for customers. Participate in expos and demonstrative events to promote products and generate brand awareness. Planning: do sales forecast in a monthly basis to secure the availability of seeds to customers. Create a development plan for the area for products in development align with the focus crops strategy. Review continuously inventories to secure deliveries to customer and rotation of the products. Monitor the account and receivables of customers and avoid overdue payments. Market Intelligence: support the marketing team and update market research studies achieving continuous improvement and knowledge of the market by type of client. Having the ultimate objective of contributing to the development of the VMK business plans and strategic plans. Daily usage of the CRM data base and deliver activity reports to inform market situation in the area.Skills: what we expect of youReport: Prepare Annual Sales Budget and Quarterly Forecasts. Direct communication with Sales Analyst to manage orders and monitor deliveries.
