StevenDouglas has been exclusively engaged on an unique Sales and Marketing Analyst role in Dallas, Texas. This role will work in a hybrid capacity, 3 days in office, 2 days remotely.
This role will provide support to the company's global business and be responsible for analyzing sales data and marketing trends to support the Company's strategic initiatives and drive revenue growth. This position will have a high degree of visibility, including interacting with business leaders and working with cross functional teams to support their needs and provide decision-making insights and optimize performance.
A Day in the Life
Analyze sales and marketing data to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for growth, integrating financial metrics to assess overall performance.
Evaluate marketing initiatives, including investments and outcomes, to recommend improved efficiency. Determining sales potential and making recommendations.
Contributing to the development of sales plans and objectives.
Provide actionable insights to guide the sales and marketing teams.
Monitoring and evaluating sales performance.
Compiling, analyzing, and reporting sales data.
Develop reporting in support of marketing and sales weekly meeting.
Forecasting demand, revenue, and expenses.
Build and maintain KPI dashboards (NetSuite & PowerBI).
Maintain data integrity in the Company's CRM.
Support finance's monthly reporting and quarterly board meetings.
Monitoring and analyzing competitive activity, customer, and market trends.
Articulate insights, trends, and opportunities.
Provide ad-hoc analysis for business support.
Qualifications :
Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Marketing, or business related field.
Minimum 2-4 years of experience
Experience with subscription based recurring revenue models is a plus.
Advanced Microsoft office, PowerBi skills and experience with CRM software.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
