We ask questions and advise clients according to their unique branding scenarios using a consultative selling strategy. In essence, we are an advisor to the client, helping them solve their branding challenges. As the Sales & Marketing Intern you will assist the ZISK team in connecting and empowering dairy industry companies!?From this experience Interns should gain:How relationships drive business and lay the foundation for long term growth.Personal growth in the areas of independent critical thought, decision making and continuous improvement.Further development of the intern' passion for agriculture, clients and the producers we serve.Networking opportunities within the industry.Opportunity to gain experience in agricultural industry trade showsHands-on experience in the sales and marketing fields:Mentorship and professional developmentEnhance confidence in the sales process including outbound sales calls and participating in internal meetings/client meetingsGain proficiency in digital marketing expertise?Responsibilities:Provide support to Marketing, Advertising and Sales directorsManage priority projects while working in collaborative team structureWork independently with general supervision of day-to-day operations while taking initiative and complete responsibilities as assignedSupporting digital marketing campaigns across various platformsCurating content and building e-newsletters, social media postings and news releasesAssist in maintaining social media platformsEngaging with potential clients through outbound calls, email and social mediaAnalyzing campaign performance and preparing reports?Qualifications:?Attending university for Bachelor?s or Graduate degree with focus on Business, Marketing, or similar field of studyMust be at least 18 years of ageStrong interest in sales and marketingStrong communication, organization, planning and interpersonal skillsEagerness to learn from our team of supportive leadersInclusive and creative problem-solver with a passion for continuous learningStrong computer proficiency?Familiarity with social media platforms and digital marketing toolsGeneral knowledge of Agriculture Industry (Dairy knowledge is a plus)High Energy and Creative mindsetAbility to manage multiple projects at onceSelf-motivated with a desire to interact with people and groups?
