VCA Katonah Bedford veterinary Center located in Bedford Hills NY, is a Specialty and 24-Hour Emergency Hospital seeking a dynamic individual with proven experience in business development.The goal of the Referral Manager is to cultivate, develop, and advance unique relationships with the referral community and potential referral base (PCDVM). VCA KBVC features a state-of-the-art facility, a talented Specialty and ER team, and a management team dedicated to delivering the highest quality patient care and exceptional client service.Job Responsibilities:Collaborate with Hospital Manager, Medical Director, and Regional Team on referral base status and strategy in order to build preference and increase referral revenuePrioritize, schedule, and track PCDVM interactions and account for progress with data analysisSubmit reports on outreach activities to Hospital Manager, Medical Director, and Regional Management Team monthlySchedule and manage hospital hosting and hospital participating events. These include: Continuing Education (CE), Open House, Meet & Greet, Community Events, PCDVM and Non-Profit events, Lunch & Learns.Represent the VCA Brand professionally and knowledgeably.Represent VCA KBVC at all appropriate VCA and non-VCA events, VMA events, and regional meetings: interface with PCDVM doctors and managementSpend a minimum of 3 days weekly actively visiting or performing outreach to the referral community within the NY and CT territories while collaborating with other VCA Specialty HospitalsFulfill PCDVM marketing needs to streamline referral. Prioritize, develop and deliver timely marketing materials and digital communications for VCA KBVC to referral communityMaintain VCA KBVC's website and social pages with timely and updated informationSchedule Monday Through Friday 8a-6pSalaried position range based on experience $55,000-$65,000Ideal Candidate:BS degree in Marketing/Business Management or Equivalent ExperienceProven self-starter with excellent time-management skills and a solutions-oriented work ethicAbility to communicate clearly and effectively one-on-one and in groupsExcellent computer skills including MS Office Suite, Web Content and Social MediaOutgoing, engaging, and team-oriented attitude with problem-solving skillsBackground in Veterinary Medicine PreferredGood driving record and valid driver's licenseIf you are a current associate, you will need to apply through our internal career site.
