Software Guidance & Assistance, Inc., (SGA), is searching for a Sales & Recruiting Coordinator in the Tampa, FL area. This is a remote position but must be located in the Tampa are nd able to go to the Tampa office occassionally for team meetings. The Sales & Recruiting Coordinator (SRC) is part of a growing team of specialists that report centrally but align with sales teams and/or strategic accounts. Each coordinator will provide full lifecycle administrative support to a specific group of client accounts. The team will need to gain a comprehensive understanding of the sales/recruiting lifecycle and a command of systems, process, and procedures to support activities. The role will require regular contact with candidates and field deployments in addition to intermittent contact with clients. Team members must possess strong sense of urgency as well as fluent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong attention to detail is paramount to being able to organize and handle a high volume of disparate, time-sensitive duties, and be able to learn and follow precise processes quickly and easily, while adapting to frequent updates to these processes internally and on the client-side. The team will have exposure to all facets of the business through their involvement in the full lifecycle of client and recruiting activities. SCR must be able to prioritize and balance task assignments during busy periods and, with any available downtime, select from a variety of other task items to stay productive. Responsibilities :
- Monitor email inbox for all client communications and email team accordingly
- Client contacts, job portals and communications protocols will vary from client or team
- Manage job orders from active client/s
- Enter new job orders into applicant tracking system (ATS)
- Enter proper job division assignment per sales contact; compliance with sales protocols
- Enter any updated notes from conference calls
- Audit client conference calls, take notes to email team
- Enter updates to job notes
- Submit screened candidates per sales or inside sales direction
- Proactively collect any missing information needed to submit to client portal
- Schedule interviews
- Confirm interview time through the client portal
- Send email confirmation to the candidates
- Update Outlook Calendar with scheduled interview times
- Enter all offer status notifications and/or updates, i.e., turn downs, into JobDiva
- ccept offers in the client job portal
- Coordinate/confirm engagement start dates
- Ensure client folders/recruiter client guidelines are updated
- Provide backup for other SRCs during peak volumes and/or during outages as required

- Invest in learning/understanding winning candidate profiles/resumes

Proactively sourcing candidate for applicable jobs; candidate reactivation (Managed by Sales Manager)

- College degree in a related field.
