Kind Bikes and Skis is a full-service, year-round bike shop that adds ski sales, rentals, and tuning during the winter months. Our shop is located in the vibrant Riverwalk living and shopping village in Edwards, CO, just a couple miles from Beaver Creek and about 12 miles from Vail ski resort. We have great road and mountain biking trails right out the door of the store, and Beaver Creek's Arrowhead base area and chairlift just a mile down the road. We're a family of cyclists and skiers with different cycling and skiing backgrounds, and we love to share our passion through providing an unsurpassed experience for our customers.

We are looking for friendly, customer service-oriented bike and ski sales and rental associates. FT and PT available. Experience preferred but not necessary.
Help our awesome customers find the right gear for their riding journey. We will train you on the products specific to our shop so you have the tools to help our customers make informed and confident choices when shopping in our store. Our job is to send them with an unexpected, great experience that they will remember, from someone buying a new bikes or skis, to someone buying chain lube or ski wax.Must have staff attributes are a passion for cycling and the customer experience, continually growing product knowledge, and a friendly, engaging personality.We are looking for friendly, bike and ski passionate, and customer experience oriented Sales associates to join our team. FT and PT positions are available. Bike and/or ski shop experience is preferred, but we can train the right candidate.- Pay $20/hr.+, depending on experience- Year-round employment opportunities available for the right candidate- Limited housing available (Full Time Employees Only)- Health insurance benefit eligibility (Full Time Employees Only)- 401K- Vail Resorts Merchant ski pass (Full Time Employees Only)- Great mountain and road biking from the shop- Training and development- Great discounts and employee purchase eligibility on products sold at Kind Bikes and Skis- Hours vary by season.
