Job DescriptionResponsibilities:
- Technical Sales: Identify customer needs and provide tailored solutions involving chillers, cooling systems, and HVAC
- Product Demonstrations: Conduct product demonstrations and technical presentations to clients, showcasing the features and benefits of our offerings.
- Relationship Building: Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients, understanding their requirements and providing ongoing support.
- Market Analysis: Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and stay informed about industry trends and competitor offerings.
- Proposal Development: Prepare detailed technical proposals and quotations, ensuring alignment with customer specifications and project requirements.
- Collaboration: Work closely with sales in closing new business, growing customer relationships, and solving complex problems that require teamwork
- Sales Strategy: Assist in developing sales strategies and marketing initiatives to increase market share and drive revenue growth.
- Training and Support: Provide technical training to clients and internal staff on product features, applications, and best practices.

The Successful ApplicantRequirements:
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Engineering, or a related field.Experience: 3-5 years of experience in sales or technical support, preferably in the chiller or HVAC industryTechnical Knowledge: Understanding of chillers or HVACTravel: Willingness to travel 40 + % for client meetings, customer events, and deal briefs within the US and Canada
- Knowledge of regulatory standards and certifications relevant to aerospace fluid control systems.
