ALL, Inc is hiring for a Sales Assistant, located at our St. Paul, MN location.

This position is responsible for supporting our General Manager and outside sales duties in relation to projects.

**Key duties and responsibilities:**

* Preparing submittals and closeout documents

* Preparing sales brochures

* Construct plan take offs

* Walking apartment units/ site survey

* Delivering parts and sometimes products to job sites

* Documenting punchlist development

* Gathering serial numbers from appliances onsite

* Project delivery coordination with labor subcontractors

* Site clean up

* Removing packaging from appliances

* Helping

* with coordinating pick up of appliances from site

* Other duties as needed
