Sales AssistantSales Assistant/Apprentice Daily Responsibilities:
- Serves customers by meeting the needs of distributor partners such as updating pricing quotes, emailing, and answering questions
- Works with Design Studio correspondence for artwork
- Supports Trade Show follow ups/lead generation follow through
- Services existing accounts by tracking containers and emailing open orders requests
- Provides records and updates for Container Planners
- Coordinate and ships samples and prototypes
- Keeps management informed by submitting sales calendar scheduling and setting up cold call appointments
- Assists with customer account maintenance and action plans
- Monitors and updates customer profiles/portals and files daily
- Provides management with quote requests (RFQs)
- Maintains professional and technical knowledge
- Contributes to team effort by accomplishing administrative tasks as needed.
Sales Assistant/Apprentice Qualifications/Skills:
- Excellent customer service
- Effective communication skills, both verbal and written
- Organized and able to multitask
- Experience in data entry and general math skills
- Attention to detail
- Strong computer skills
- Self-motivated and initiative-taking with job responsibilities

- Thrives in a fast paced and dynamic environment
Education, Experience, and Licensing Requirements:
- Three years of customer service experience
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
Shift: 7am-3:30pm Pay Rate: $18-20 or DOE
